It is the first to display an attractive pink color, achieved through light contact with the skins, followed by a cold fermentation for 7 days that preserves its fresh raspberry and cherry flavors. This innovative style of port is lighter with a unique crisp and fruity flavor. It can be served chilled or over ice, with a splash of soda and a slice of lemon. Croft Pink is delightfully crisp, fresh and fruity.
