Local Delivery Policy - Alcohol Orders

Age & ID Verification

  • All deliveries require the recipient to be 21 years of age or older.
  • A valid, government-issued photo ID must be presented at the time of delivery.
  • The name on the order must match the ID of the recipient accepting the delivery.


Signature Required

  • Deliveries will not be left unattended at the door, with neighbors, or in unsecured areas.
  • A signature from an eligible recipient (21+) is required upon delivery.
  • If no eligible recipient is available, the order will be returned and a redelivery fee may apply.


Delivery Radius & Timing

  • Free local delivery is available within 30 miles of our Irvine location (7700 Irvine Center Drive, Suite 800, Irvine CA 92618).
  • Free local delivery applies to orders of $49.99 or more (order subtotal before tax and fees) within the delivery radius.
  • Orders under $49.99 may be delivered for an additional fee.
  • Once an order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for us to schedule and confirm a delivery window.
  • Delivery times will be confirmed via email or phone once the order is ready.


Order Limitations

  • Orders are subject to all California state and local alcohol laws.
  • The Booze Outlet reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a delivery if the recipient is unable to provide proper identification or appears visibly intoxicated.


Redelivery & Fees

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (due to no eligible recipient or failure to provide valid ID), the order will be returned to our warehouse.
  • Customers may reschedule delivery for an additional fee.
  • All redeliveries require 1–2 business days to schedule a new delivery window.
