This wine combines traditional grape varieties including Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella. It undergoes a second fermentation on the grape skins used in Amarone production, which enriches the wine with additional depth and complexity.
In appearance, it exhibits a deep ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose is expressive with aromas of ripe dark cherries, plums, and blackberries, accompanied by hints of dried herbs, spices, and a touch of vanilla from oak aging.
