I actually bought the wine for a co-worker for her birthday. When the bottles arrived, one of the bottles was broken and the wine had leaked inside the packaging. I emailed the distributor immediately. I corresponded with Karl Joseph who was very polite and formal. He immediately took care of the problem, spoke to his team and they sent me a replacement bottle at no cost to me. I was very satisfied with the resolution and will purchase from you again.
