Emerald Giant is Redwood Empire's rye, blended and bottled in Sonoma County, California and bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV). It is built from hand selected barrels aged four to seven years.

Most American ryes sit at 51 to 65% rye, the legal minimum plus a bit. At 92% this is in the small group that goes almost all the way, and you taste it immediately: the spice is the main event, not an accent. The 3% wheat is the only thing rounding it off.
